Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving it. We understand that the most common reason for returns is due to the inappropriate size selection from the customer's end. To ensure that you get the best product that fits your size and personality, we have a dedicated team to assist you in choosing the best product for you.
Please note that the safety and charges incurred for the product's return shipping are at your account. We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the goods and keep all delivery records with you. It is important to quote your order reference number for all communication and include the original invoice with your shipment.
Refund Options
All reimbursements for purchases will be made in the same method of payment used by the buyer to purchase the product. Our store offers the following options for refunds:
- Cash return/money back (through the same method used to purchase the product, whether PayPal or Debit/Credit card payment)
- Discount on the next order (up to 50%)
- Complimentary gift voucher (to be used for the next purchase)
Faulty/Damaged Product Received
Our quality assurance team inspects each product individually before shipping it to our valued customers. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@leatherhustlers.com at your earliest, so we can proceed with order cancellation before it is dispatched. If the order has already been processed and shipped to you, you will need to return the product to us before we can process the refund. The refund will include the complete amount of the order, except for the shipping charges.
Policy Exclusion
Please note that the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Discounted and sale products
- Custom-made items if required to be altered (excluding discounted/promotional/grand sale items)
- In promotional periods, shipping charges may not be refunded unless an item sent is faulty
- Wrong size selection or change of product refund would be issued after the shipping costs have been deducted
- In the case of any return due to the wrong size or mind change, shipping costs will not be refundable. The shipping charges vary from $18 to $54, depending on the buyer's location, even if the shipping is free for the product.
